Surfrider Foundation Vancouver is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the ocean, beaches, and waves, for all people, through a powerful activist network.
We are the Vancouver Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation Canada. We are an entirely volunteer-run team of everyday citizens who host beach cleans & community events to educate and engage the Vancouver community in protecting our urban coastline.

Surfrider Vancouver's Blue Water Task Force
Our chapter is now part of the Surfrider’s International Blue Water Task Force! We’re currently piloting our program at Kitsilano Beach to validate our methods, with the goal of expanding to additional sites and providing water quality testing year-round.
